Il B&B Is Giana è situato al centro di Cagliari a pochi minuti dalle più importanti attrazioni della città. Alessandra, la padrona di casa, lieta di accogliervi, con la sua riservatezza e discrezione fa del suo B&B il luogo ideale per un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante.

L’appartamento si raggiunge, dall’aeroporto, col bus navetta che porta in piazza Matteotti e da li, in dieci minuti, con l’autobus di linea; dal porto col solo bus di linea.
A circa 2 chilometri si trovano il centro storico, i musei, le bellissime Chiese e la zona dello Shopping.
Dall’altra parte, ad un Km e mezzo, troverete la bellissima spiaggia del Poetto, Calamosca, Sant’Elia, il Parco di Molentargius con i bellissimi Fenicotteri, mete ideali anche per gli appassionati di passeggiate immersi nella natura.

A cinque minuti di cammino si trova la Fiera Campionaria con il Palazzo dei Congressi, la Basilica di Bonaria e il porto Turistico di Su Siccu. Tutte le mete sono facilmente raggiungibili con gli autobus che passano a pochi metri dal B&B ( P-PQ-PF-5-6-3).
Alessandra è a disposizione per qualunque informazione e augura agli ospiti un piacevole soggiorno.

  I stayed for one night so I could catch a plane the next day. Alessandra was so lovely, helpful and welcoming and the room was cute, spacious and clean. Topped off with an amazing breakfast, it was a great stay, and for such good value.

  Alessandra's apartment is just beautiful! It was the nicest and the cleanest accommodation I've ever had on airbnb!The location is also very convenient - both by bus and by car you can quickly get to the center of the city.My highlight was beautiful sunrise, which I could easily watch from the bed in the morning :-)Allesandra is a warm hostess and just a great & open person.   Staying at Alessandra was a really great experience: the highest flexibility at the check in that allowed me to enjoy the day at the beach, the breakfast was delicous and all the detailes were studided in order lo let you feel at home. The room and the house were really cleaned and it was a "real house" with people living inside. The center is at 20 min walking but there are buses and the road is super safe.   Everything everyone has written about Alessandra and her place is true. She is a wonderful person. So very helpful and willing to give suggestions. Breakfast was great, simple and tasty, some days egg, yogurt, ham and cheese sandwiches.The room is spacious and clean. The shower had excellent water pressure the bed was comfortable.There are 3 restaurants/caffes across the street. It's a 2-mile walk or a short bus ride into the city center. Get to the Flamingo Park and rent a bike with a lock. Ride through the park and hangout at Poetto Beach. Calamosca is also nearby and is a 10-minute bus ride.The stay was great.   Nice aparment with breakfast included. Hosstess is very nice and helpful. We arrived earlier and she accomodated us at 12 a.m. ! In rent room you have a/c(very useful in hot days) and lot of extra things that you can use - iron, sunshade umbrella, beach towers etc. In the bathroom you find everything what you need(shampoo, shower gel, toiletries, scissors, shaver etc.) The room is extremely clean and enjoyably equipped. The breakfast is served by A. In her kitchen at time that you want! (Coffee, juice, bread, cheese, ham, fruit, eggs, jam, butter..you can say what you would like.) The apartment is very quiet in the third floor (with elevator). There is another rent room but we didn’t hear anyone. In front of the building is sushi and pizza restaurant, pharmacy, small food shop, clothes shop, coffee-bar..)We park close to aparment in front of football playground for free. There are lot of places to park. We recommended this apartment for short stay in Cagliari!

  Alessandra is lovely, makes AMAZING coffee, and the breakfast is really nice. The room is quite spacious and has a view where you can see the Poetto beach in the far distance. It was a great experience overall, I will definitely go back if I can.
